TERMS OF SERVICE & USE
If you commission me, you'll be agreeing with the terms and conditions below:PROCESS✮ I will start working on your commission once payment has been received.✮ I will send you images of each stage of the process (at least once a week). You will have 3 free revisions per stage until flat colors phase (you can ask for color changes, sizing, mising stuff or distinguishing features, etc). More revisions will be charged extra, specially if the changes are major, so please consider carefully if you are happy with the design before I move forward.✮ Prohibited to ask for changes after approving the colors.✮ While I am waiting for your feedback, all progress will be paused until you respond. Please keep this in mind if you have a deadline. I am not responsible for missing a deadline if you can't respond to updates.✮ I'll need visual references or detailed written references to guide me (I may charge extra for complicated designs with a lot of small details, or if the only references available are insufficient or too unclear/difficult to make out.).✮ I won't open any unnecessary links to use as reference to prevent possible scams.✮ If you desire to commission more mature or explicit artwork you'll need to send me a proof that you're 18 years old or older.DEADLINES✮ It may take me from 1-3 weeks once started, to 2 month to complete your comission, specially if I have more comms before, so please be patient. I'll contact you in case of needing more time (the amount of time it would take to finish your commission will depend on how complicated the piece is).✮ If you need me to finish a piece before other's in the list, there will be an additional "Rush fee" that will be discussed.✮ Preferred delivery method: Vgen/gmail.✮ I work with big resolution canvas (up till 4000x4000 px), the size of your commission may vary depending of the desired piece (in case of commissioning an icon, you'll also receive an compressed version of the artwork).✮ Additional characters are 50% of the base price.✮ Add-ons: Complicated or complex characters, outfits, designs, pets or props can have an increase in price due to the difficulties (between $10 - $30).✮ Background prices varies from free (solid color/transparent png) to simple ($10, few details or simple place) to complex (this will depend on my habilities and will be discussed).PAYMENT✮ Preferred payment method (paypal, stripe, I'll send you an invoice, addicional charges will be paid before sending the final piece). Other payment methods can be added in the future.✮ In case of not commissioning me through Vgen, send payment within 24 hs after I've accepted your commission (send through the google form).✮ If the piece excedes the $75 mark, payment can be 50% up front and the 50% left once the piece is done (the first 50% can't be refunded after I started the comm). After your payment is confirmed, you will be placed in the active queue.✮ Once the piece is finished, if you're paying 50/50 I will send you a watermarked preview over DM to show you that the piece has been finished. I will not send you the full image until the remaining 50% has been paid in full.✮ Only cases I will refund: If I won't be able to do de commision and if I didn't started the comm yet. If you are not satisfied with your finished piece, kindly contact me to work out a solution and I will be happy to fix up the drawing however I can. Fraudulent chargebacks that go against my ToS will be reported to the VGen support team or in case of not commissioning in vgen, it will be ignored.✮ Payment confirmation will be send to your mail.COMMUNICATION✮ Preferred communication: Vgen messages, in case of not commissioning on the app, we can talk in any of my social media or I'll send you my discord through twitter.✮ I may decline a commission request if I feel I'm not capable of getting your vision, difficulties (if it's something I deem to be outside of my skillset), time management or if I'm uncomfortable.✮ You can view the progress of the commission on my vgen queue or my trello.✮ Conversations will be kept in case of needing future evidence but will be kept private.✮ Feel free to contact me in case you wanna see progress or if you have any doubts.TERMS OF USE✮ I have the rights to the commissioned piece (do not claim as your own). I can post the piece on social media or use it in my portafolio for reference.✮ In case of requesting not uploading the comm, an NDA fee will be applied to keep the artwork private ($5 USD).✮ In case of the request not being for personal use, if you wanna use it for merchandise or commercial intentions there will be an additional payment discussed (merchandise for personal uses is allowed but without monetization).✮ You can use the comm as icons, banners, for streaming purposes, etc (with credits).✮ Prohibited the use for NFT or AI training.✮ You can post the piece as long as you credit me.✮ Don't trace, copy, edit or reselling.Violation of any of these terms may result in cancellation, refusal of future commissions, and appropriate action to protect my work.
